The grapes were harvested by hand and come from vines between 10 and 60 years old. In the winery, the grapes were fermented and macerated in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in large oak barrels for at least 24 months.
