Graciano is a rarity and is only produced in exceptional vintages. In Rioja, where Graciano grapes make up only 2% of the cultivated area, this small-batch production is particularly distinctive and valuable. This exquisite wine reveals complex aromas of red cherries, black fruits, and hints of violet. On the palate, it is lively, yet with soft tannins and spicy nuances. The grapes were hand-harvested from just a few plants in the vineyards of Haro and Ollauri in Rioja Alta. In the winery, only the finest grapes were selected and fermented with native yeasts in concrete tanks, followed by 24 months of aging in oak barrels. This wine is neither fined nor filtered.
