Moscato D'Asti is an exceptional, aromatic, slightly sweet sparkling wine that's more versatile than you might think. It's a delight for many occasions and is also low in alcohol! This wine has a golden straw hue and reveals an aromatic bouquet full of peaches and pears, complemented by delicate notes of nutmeg, vanilla, and musk. On the palate, it comes alive with a very gentle effervescence that dances across the palate and lingers with lively acidity. The vineyard for Moscato D'Asti is located in San Marzano Oliveto on clay-limestone soil. The grapes were harvested by hand, gently pressed, and chilled to 0 degrees Celsius. After filtering and a rest period, the juice was slowly fermented until it reached an alcohol content of 5–5.5% and then bottled.
