Valenciso Blanco is a unique Rioja white wine made from Viura and Grenache Blanc grapes. It reveals subtle citrus notes with hints of stone fruit, pasty textures, and subtle buttery nuances. If you enjoy a white Burgundy, you'll love this wine. The grapes were hand-harvested from 100-year-old vines from various plots in Rioja Alta. Only the best grapes were selected at the winery and fermented in oak with native yeasts. The wine was then aged in oak for 8 months. Pairs well with: Seafood, chicken, pasta, and cheese.
