This is an elegant and complex Viognier from the Swartland, South Africa.
Delicate and inviting on the nose—lemon, peach, flower petals, and honeysuckle, which continue on the palate. The complex aromas of this wine are accompanied by a beautiful, silky texture. A true delight.
The grapes were hand-harvested from the dry-farmed Kasteelsig vineyard in the Swartland. After fermentation, the wine matured for 10 months in French oak barrels.
