Ondipuerko is Vinícola Real's natural, low-intervention wine line. No sulfites are added to this range. Ondipuerko Tinto is a beautiful ruby-red wine featuring a delicious blend of Tempranillo, Graciano, Garnacha, and Viura grapes. It features bold aromas of red and black fruits, accentuated by hints of vanilla, cedar, and cloves, harmoniously supported by soft tannins. The grapes were hand-harvested from organically managed vineyards. Fermentation took place in closed stainless steel tanks and barrels to preserve the juice and avoid oxidation. This wine is produced without any fining or filtration. Pairs well with: meat, poultry, cured meats, pizza, pasta, and cheese.
