Cinino Bianco IGT Umbria 2022 Pét-Nat 75cl
Cinino, meaning "little one," is a Pétà Nat handcrafted from the native Grechetto di Todi grape. Cinino Bianco is a vibrant sparkling wine with a captivating hue reminiscent of a light burnt orange. On the nose, it displays a subtle bouquet with citrus notes lightly infused with herbs. On the palate, it offers a playful and refreshing experience, where the gentle effervescence dances with the vibrant aromas of citrus, apple, and pear. The organically farmed vineyard for Cinino is located at an altitude of 300 meters in Todi, Umbria, on limestone and clay soils. The grapes were hand-harvested, selected, and spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks. After 40 days of slowly lowering the temperature, fermentation was stopped, and the wine was bottled by hand. Fermentation then continued in the bottle, producing delicate bubbles. After settling and stabilizing, the wine was disgorged. This wine is neither fined nor filtered.
