La Sirah is a fabulous, fruity, and elegant expression of Syrah from Tuscany. The magnificent ruby-red color of this wine leads to an inviting aroma of black fruits interwoven with spice and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it offers generous fruit, enriched by subtle cedar and pepper notes, supported by structured tannins. It offers beautiful freshness and a lingering finish. The biodynamic vineyard for La Sirah is located at an altitude of 110 m in Gragnano, in the foothills of Lucca, on sandy soils rich in silica. The grapes were harvested by hand and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation in wooden vats. After fermentation, the wine was aged for 12 months in large oak barrels and earthenware before being bottled. This wine is neither fined nor filtered.
