Nadal Hainaut

Château Nadal Hainaut
Languedoc Roussillon, France
The innovative sisters shaping the future in Languedoc Roussillon
Château Nadal Hainaut is located between the mountains and the sea in Le Soler, Languedoc Roussillon. Its roots date back to a significant moment in 1900, when the first Carignan vine was planted on the occasion of the wedding of Thérèse Hainaut and François Nadal, marking the founding of Château Nadal Hainaut.
Long before Chateau Nadal Hainaut, the land served as the site of an ancient monastery, whose beautiful chapel still stands today.
While Jean Marie Nadal manages the winery, his daughters Julie, Marie Luce, and Pauline drive its present and future with a spirit of experimentation, producing sulfite-free wines and designing their own unique bottle labels.
The range of red wines is diverse: Odyssée, Terre de Quarante, and Signum are blends of Syrah and Grenache that differ in their composition and winemaking method. L'hyde du Lac is a sulfite-free version of the blend.
1900 La Centenaire is a 100% Carignan from old vines (the first plantings for their wedding), a charming interplay of red and black fruits. The Carignan Sauvage, produced only in limited quantities, is a sulfite-free Carignan variety.
Discover the sweet wines to delight your palate. Ambré, a fortified Muscat, captivates with its complexity, offering notes of candied and burnt oranges blended with toffee and pistachios. Rivesaltes Tuilé is a light port wine with overripe grapes and gingerbread aromas.
The organically certified winery is also available for tastings, weddings, or weekend stays. For more information, visit the winery's website.
