A beautiful ruby red with intense aromas of cherries, black fruits, and spices. Made from grapes from 60-year-old vines, the soil consists of rounded pebbles in the south and sandy in the north. The different grape varieties are destemmed and blended during the winemaking process, with fermentation taking place in truncated cone-shaped wooden tanks. Maceration lasts four to five weeks, and aging takes place in stainless steel tanks for 18 months. The wine can be consumed immediately or stored for up to five years. Serve at room temperature. Pairs well with all types of meat and roasted vegetables.
