Laherte Frères has been producing champagne since 1889, growing with each generation and guided by the principles of authenticity, sensitivity, and environmental sustainability. The Rosé de Meunier is made from older vines and is a perfect blend of fruit, complexity, structure, and freshness. The grapes were harvested by hand and fermented in vats, barrels, and barriques. A certain amount of malolactic fermentation took place, and the wine was aged on its fine lees. Dosage: Disgorgement by hand. 2.5g/L. Pairing: Don't be shy. While Champagne is a great companion to appetizers, it also pairs well with many other dishes. Serving: Serve well chilled.
