The Dolcetto D'Alba Selectio is an easy-drinking everyday gem. With its striking ruby red color, it reveals vibrant aromas of red fruits, accompanied by delicate notes of violet and subtle hints of herbs. On the palate, it is rich and indulges the senses with a pleasant texture and fresh acidity. The Dolcetto D'Alba Selectio comes from an organically farmed vineyard in Castiglione Falletto on clay soil. The grapes were harvested from vines between 15 and 30 years old. They were fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
