Ondipuerko is Vinícola Real's natural, low-intervention wine line. No sulfites are added to this range. Golden in color, Ondipuerko Blanco is a unique blend of local and international grapes (Tempranillo Blanco, Maturana Blanca, Viura, and Chardonnay). It develops a bouquet of citrus and toasted aromas that evolves on the palate to melon, peach, and a hint of saltiness. The grapes were hand-harvested from organically managed vineyards. Fermentation took place in closed stainless steel tanks and barrels to preserve the juice and avoid oxidation. This wine is produced without any fining or filtration. Some lees may be present.
