Blank is a modern interpretation of Sauvignon Blanc from Valais. With its light golden color, it welcomes the senses with an aromatic bouquet of citrus fruits, pears, ripe golden apples, and a delicate hint of mineral notes. On the palate, it is lively, harmonious, and refreshing. The vineyard for Blank is located in Chamoson. The grapes were harvested by hand and then pressed directly in whole bunches, with a 48-hour settling period. The grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling. This wine is unfiltered.
