Domaine de Bel Air is a quiet high-flyer, producing exceptional Pouilly Fumé and Chasselas wines distinguished by their soil composition, inviting you on a nuanced journey of flavor. "Cuvée Riquette" is elegant and complex, revealing citrus fruits, white peach, pear, and a hint of mineral notes (flint). The finish is wonderfully long. The grapes come from old vines on Caillottes soil (clay-limestone) and were subsequently fermented in stainless steel tanks. Bottling took place after 3 to 4 months of rest on the lees. Although it can be aged for up to 4 years, the wine is already irresistible and a delicious tipple. Best served chilled. This wine is versatile and pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes. It pairs perfectly with seafood, white meats, cheeses, Asian dishes, and even spicy foods. In addition, it shines as a delicious aperitif and is therefore a real crowd pleaser.
