Domaine de Bel Air is a quiet high-flyer, producing exceptional Pouilly Fumé and Chasselas wines distinguished by their soil composition, inviting you on a nuanced journey of flavor. Pouilly sur Loire is wonderfully fresh, crisp, and floral. Approachable and light, it is a beautiful expression of the Chasselas grape, revealing white flowers, stone fruits, and citrus notes. The grapes came from two different plots, each with different soil types, and were then fermented in stainless steel tanks. Bottling followed three to four months of rest on the lees. Best served chilled. It pairs perfectly with seafood, salads, poultry, and cheese, or simply as an aperitif.
