The Rosée des Reines is a light and refreshing rosé. It has a bright rose-gold color and reveals a citrus bouquet on the nose, which continues on the palate with a crisp and fresh finish. The organically farmed vineyard for the Rosée des Reines is located in Le Soler, on calcareous clay soil with river pebbles. The grapes were harvested, destemmed, slowly pressed, and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The Grenache and Syrah wines were blended before bottling. Pairs well with: As an aperitif, with snacks, cured meats, and cheese; also with seafood and spicy dishes.
