The JauJau 1er Blanc is their flagship white wine, produced from prime plots with black marl-slate soils. It is an outstanding white wine made from Grenache Gris grapes. It has an intense golden color and a complex bouquet of peaches and apricots with a hint of floral notes. These seductive aromas transition gracefully into a rounded palate with a fresh, lingering finish. The grapes were hand-harvested and fermented in barrels. The wine was then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels before being bottled. Pairs well with: seafood, poultry, pizza, pasta, cheese, charcuterie, and rice dishes.
