A very special and slightly sweet (dry) sparkling wine made from Chenin Blanc grapes. It has a golden yellow color and aromas of pear, toast, and a hint of shortbread. Its delicate bubbles tingle on the tongue. It is perfectly balanced—sweet without being cloying and fresh with a delicate acidity. The grapes come from vineyards with the famous tuff (limestone) soil, which has a reputation for producing the finest Chenin Blanc. Produced using the traditional sparkling wine method, it is aged for 40 months before release. Enjoy now as an aperitif or with dessert. Serve well chilled.
