Le Jaja de Jau is a series of uncomplicated and enjoyable single-varietal wines that emphasize the pure expression of the grapes and are suitable for everyday drinking. The JaJa Syrah is a typically Mediterranean expression of the grape variety with plenty of character. It has a deep ruby red color, red berries, notes of licorice and violet, and a hint of spice. It is generous and round, with soft tannins and a refreshing, mineral finish. The grapes for this wine were destemmed and macerated in stainless steel tanks during fermentation. This wine was aged briefly in stainless steel tanks.
