Capsule Two Bio is a bright and fruity, slightly saline Pétà Nat, made from a blend of three local grapes from Abruzzo: Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, Montonico, and Passerina. This sparkling wine is bright yellow in color and reveals a bouquet of citrus and peach, accentuated by a hint of apricot and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it offers a refreshing fruitiness underscored by a subtle saline note that adds an intriguing dimension. The Controguerra and Corropoli vineyards for Capsule Two Bio are located at an altitude of 230 meters on clay soil. The grapes were harvested by hand and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. Fermentation in concrete was partially stopped to complete the remaining fermentation in the bottle. This wine is neither fined nor filtered.
