Dolcetto d'Alba is a delicious and uncomplicated red wine with excellent value for money. This wine has an intense ruby red color and reveals aromas of ripe, dark cherries with hints of forest. On the palate, it develops into a full-bodied experience, accompanied by soft tannins. Dolcetto d'Alba comes from a vineyard in the "Qualin" sub-zone of Barbaresco. The grapes were harvested from 50-year-old vines. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes were fermented and spent 7-8 days on the skins without temperature control. This was followed by racking and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged for at least 4 months in cement tanks before bottling.
