Château Nadal Hainaut is a modern, innovative family winery run by three sisters who bring their personal touch to the outstanding wines of Roussillon. 3 Sources White is a refreshing and light white wine with a pale golden color. It reveals a delicate bouquet of pear, citrus, and passion fruit that extends gracefully to the palate, beautifully balanced with roundness and freshness. The organically farmed vineyard for 3 Sources White is located in Le Soler, on chalky clay soil with river pebbles. The grapes were harvested, destemmed, gently pressed, and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine was then chilled and filtered before bottling.
