A high-altitude wine experience from Dominio do Bibei, the dazzling star of the steeply terraced vineyards in the Ribera Sacra. This is an elegant red wine of great complexity and finesse, revealing aromas of red fruits, pepper, and violets with balanced tannins. The grapes were hand-harvested from various plots with varying soil types, from vines aged 25 to 100 years. Spontaneous fermentation in oak, followed by 15 months of oak aging and at least 5 months in bottle. Pairs well with: all types of meat, cured meats, and cheese. Aging potential: Drink now or age until 2030.
