Zerberos Llana Toledo is an expressive wine that is both complex and elegant. It embodies a minimalist approach characterized by tension and grace. Sourced from a single vineyard, it reveals ripe red and black fruits, underscored by delicate floral notes, spices, and a subtle hint of cedar. A well-structured palate leads to a lingering finish that underscores its elegant character. The grapes were hand-harvested from a south-facing vineyard on granitic sandy soil, with vines approximately 90 years old. The vineyard lies at an altitude of up to 1100 m. In the winery, the grapes were sorted, destemmed, crushed, and macerated on the skins for 58 days. After fermentation with indigenous yeasts, the wine aged for 12 months in 300-liter French oak barrels. This wine is neither fined nor filtered. Pairing: Versatile. Pairs well with meat, poultry, pizza, pasta, cheese, and charcuterie. Aging potential: Drink now or age until 2028.
