Tuilé AOP Riversaltes 2001 50cl
Riversaltes Tuilé is a delicious dessert wine made from Grenache grapes. It has a brilliant copper color and reveals rich aromas of candied fruit blended with caramel and figs. These exquisite flavors transition seamlessly to the palate, accompanied by the abundance of overripe grapes, a hint of gingerbread, and delicate coffee notes. The vineyard for Riversaltes Tuilé is located in Le Soler, on chalky clay soil with river pebbles. This wine was produced by spontaneous fermentation with some maceration before fermentation was stopped for the addition of alcohol. The wine was aged and oxidized in open-air barrels for 7 years. This wine has not been filtered. Some sediment may be present. Pair well with: This wine can be served as an aperitif, with desserts, or with a cheese board. Aging potential: Delicious now, but this wine also has remarkable aging potential.
