The Giró family has been growing grapes in Penedès since 1595. Today, Giró del Gorner farms organically, making wines exclusively from its own vineyards south of Barcelona.
La Serdalla is a fresh and textured white made from Xarel·lo, the local Catalan grape best known as one of the key varieties behind Cava. Bright lemon, crisp pear and apple are joined by delicate floral notes and a subtle hint of pastry, giving plenty of freshness with a little extra depth.
Produced in tiny quantities, with just 1,500 bottles made, it’s a characterful expression of Xarel·lo – vibrant, distinctive and wonderfully easy to drink.
