A particularly elegant sparkling wine made from 100% Chenin Blanc using the traditional method. Made without any added sugar, it impresses with fine, creamy bubbles, lovely freshness and a long, mineral finish.
The grapes grow on the characteristic tuffeau limestone soils of Vouvray. Brut de Brut spends at least three years ageing on its lees in the bottle. This extended ageing gives it distinctive depth and complexity, as well as wonderfully fine bubbles. A dry, characterful sparkling wine that pairs beautifully with aperitifs and seafood. Serve well chilled.
