Château Nadal Hainaut is a modern, innovative family winery led by 3 sisters adding their personal touch to outstanding Roussillon wines.

1900 La Centenaire is a delicate wine crafted from century-old Carignan vines rooted in beautiful history. The inaugural planting of these Carignan vines dates back to 1900, coinciding with the wedding of Thérèse Hainaut and François Nadal, a significant moment marking the inception of Château Nadal Hainaut

1900 La Centenaire is a beautiful garnet shade, unveiling an enticing bouquet of red stone fruit blended with herbs, that evolves to include leather with a bit of aeration. On the palate, it’s delicate, fine and expressive with rounded tannins and a perfect balance of concentrated red and black fruits.

The organically farmed vineyard for 1900 La Centenaire is located in Le Soler, on chalky clay soil with river pebbles.  The grapes were hand harvested, carefully selected and directly placed into vats for 3 weeks of maceration.  After fermentation, the macerated grapes were slowly pressed and underwent malolactic fermentation before being aged in vats for a few months to round out the tannins. This wine was filtered before bottling.
