Château Nadal Hainaut is a modern, innovative family winery led by 3 sisters adding their personal touch to outstanding Roussillon wines.

Ambré is a luscious ‘sticky’ dessert wine. It’s amber gold in colour, unveiling enticingly powerful aromas of brandy intermingled with candied burnt oranges, orange peel and toffee. On the palate, it transforms, revealing layers of gingerbread, pistachio and touches of raisin and vanilla. It’s velvety smoothness leads to a lingering finish, making it irresistibly easy to savour every drop in the bottle

The vineyard for Ambré is located in Le Soler, on chalky clay soil with river pebbles.  This wine was made via spontaneous fermentation with some skin maceration time before fermentation was stopped for the addition of alcohol. The wine was aged and oxidised for 7 years in barrels outdoors.

Food Pairing: This is a versatile sweet wine. It can be paired with Foie Gras as a a starter, or with blue cheese or sweet dessert. It’s also a great slow sip alone at the end of a dinner party.

Serve:  Serve at chilled

Aging potential: Delicious right now but this wine also has remarkable aging potential
