Akin to a dry Riesling, this Txakoli wine is refreshing sipping. The nose reveals a blend of citrus and apple notes along with a touch wet stones that gracefully transitions to a ripe and rounded experience in the mouth. Well balanced with refreshing acidity.
The grapes were hand picked and fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged on lees for 12 months, adding more texture and complexity to the flavour.
