Tenuta Lenzini crafts deliciously modern biodynamic wines along the picturesque Tuscan coastline.
Buscè playfully pays homage to Barbara Bouchet, a cultural icon in Italy. This is a light bodied red, teeming with ripe red berries, accompanied by subtle hints of violet and vanilla, while delicate notes of black pepper add a touch of intrigue. It’s easy drinking and smooth on the palate.
The biodynamic vineyard for Buscè is located at 90 metres altitude in the foothills of Lucca, Gragnano, on soils rich in red clay. The grapes were hand harvested and spontaneously fermented using indigenous yeasts. After fermentation, the wine was aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks, followed by bottling. This wine is not fined, nor filtered.
Food Pairing: poultry, pizza, pasta, cheese and cured meats.
