Located in Penedès, just one hour south of Barcelona, is AT Roca, a trailblazing and progressive family owned winery. Behind this remarkable venture is Agustí Torelló Sibill, a charismatic force whose boundless energy and passion for winemaking is infectious the moment you meet him.

In 2012, Agustí left his father’s business, the renowned Agustí Torelló Mata, to start AT Roca with his sister and children. It was a bold project, prioritising a departure from the traditional Cava DO, which had no identity or ties to the local land. Instead, AT Roca joined the newly established Clàssic Penedès DO, a befitting choice for Agustí’s vision to create wines with a sense of place, rooted in the terroir and heart of Penedès.

AT Roca crafts a diverse and dazzling portfolio, expressing that identity and soul. There are 3 different tiers of Cavas, all with zero dosing, and varied by vineyard sourcing and aging times. 

While it's tempting to immerse yourself in the Cavas, don't overlook AT Roca's two remarkable still white wines. Costers, a native Xarel·lo grape blend, and Cantellops, a 100% Xarel·lo wine (hidden gems, in our opinion).

Their most recent line, Anima Mundi, is an exceptional low intervention range, featuring a white wine, a skin-contact orange wine, and a sparkling wine crafted using the ancestral method.
