Cantallops offers a refreshingly distinctive white wine experience, crafted entirely from Xarel.lo, a key grape in Cava production. With a pale lemon appearance, it reveals a lively bouquet of white fruit complemented by hints of lemon and pastry. The palate is marked by vibrant acidity that evolves into a harmonious blend of brioche, butter, and subtle smoky undertones, beautifully balancing elegance with creaminess.
The grapes were hand harvested from an organically farmed vineyard in the Cantallops village, with 65 year old vines on limestone soil. After fermentation, the wine was aged on its fine lees for 8 months (70% in 500L French oak and 30% in cement egg shaped deposits). This wine is unfiltered.
