A very special and slightly sweet (dry) sparkling wine made from Chenin Blanc grapes. It’s golden yellow in colour and has aromas of pear, toast and a hint of shortbread biscuit. It’s fine bubbles tingle on your tongue. It’s perfectly balanced - sweet without being sugary and fresh with a delicate acidity. The grapes were sourced from vineyards with the famous tuffeau soil (chalky limestone), which has a reputation of producing the best Chenin Blanc. Made using the traditional sparkling method and aged for 40 months before release. Enjoy now as an aperitif or with dessert. Serve well chilled.
