A deep ruby and delicious red. This is a wonderfully complex and elegant wine, expressing red fruit, mocha, coffee and touch of tobacco flavours. Elegant and well-balanced mouthfeel with refined tannins. Hand harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks followed by 18 months aging in French oak barrels. This wine has great aging potential for up to 15 years. Serve at room temperature. Pairs well with all kinds of meats, potatoes, roasted vegetables.
