Damien Pinon Tuffo Vouvray Sec AOP 2023
Dry. Brilliantly balanced with stone fruit, minerality and hints of honeyed layers at the end. Pairs with pretty much any dish - a great go-to wine when you don't know what to serve. We love it with crispy skinned chicken.
Damien Pinon Le Brut Vouvray AOP Sparkling
Brut Sparkling. Made via the traditional method with 2 fermentation to get those nice toast notes. If you like Cremant wines, you'll enjoy this. Pairs well with sushi, salty snacks, cheese, seafood and burgers, and well, pretty much anything thanks to its refreshing acidity.
Damien Pinon Le Demi Sec Vouvray AOP Sparkling
Demi Sec Sparkling. Made via the traditional method with 2 fermentation but with more rounded fruit and a touch of sweetness. Cremant and Prosecco lovers will enjoy this. Pairs well with a richer dish like roast pork or honey soy chicken, spicy chicken wings, and also sushi, cured meats and all types of cheeses.
Damien Pinon Les Perruches Vourvray Moëlleux AOP 2020
Although this is classified as a sweet wine, don't be fooled. This is very well balanced and one of our favourite wines for dinner parties. Complex, with layers of stone fruit & mineral notes. Pairs well with asian food (anything with a bit of spice and heat), cheeses, especially blue cheese to get that salty-sweet experience, desserts.
