El Berrakin Blanco is a stunning sunset orange shade, unveiling a gentle bouquet of lemon and orange peel mixed with floral notes and hints of hay. Soft lemon and green apple flavours extend to the palate, with refreshing acidity and supple tannins, making it a soft and easy drinking orange wine.
The grapes were hand harvested and fermented using indigenous yeasts, with skin contact for up to 51 days. After 6 months of maturation on fine lees, the wine was blended before being bottled. This wine is unfiltered and unfined.
