Sileo is a visionary project that beautifully encapsulates the terroir of ancient high-elevation vineyards, showcasing an array of diverse soil types found in the Montsant region.

Esporreres is an enchanting 100% Grenache wine, rich in flavour and history. It captivates the nose with a harmonious blend of red and black fruit aromas, set against an understated backdrop of spices and nuanced notes of vanilla and coconut.  On the palate it is light and fresh with supple tannins and a lingering finish.

Esporreres is sourced from a unique, organically farmed vineyard located at one of the highest altitudes, 730 metres above sea level, within the town of Cornudella de Montsant. The vineyard was originally planted by Carthusian monks in the mid-12th century and was replanted in 1986. The grapes were hand harvested from vines planted on nutrient-poor, slate soil, gifting flavour concentration and unique minerality.  Once at the winery, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks, then aged for 12 months in 500L French oak barrels.
