No. However, it is easier if you do for both yours and our tracking purposes. Account signup is quick and easy and we promise not to send you spam emails.

Creating an account makes ordering easier, allows you to store a wish list and gives you immediate access to previous orders. There are two ways to do this (1) at the top right menu there is a person icon (to the right of the heart icon). Click on this icon and you can immediately create an account. (2) When you place your first order, you will have the option to create an account during the checkout process.

When you receive confirmation your order has been collected for shipment, this will include a tracking number that you can click on to see the status of your delivery.

Yes, if you have a registered online Customer Account with Swiss Post.

If you know you won't be home that day but would still like to receive your order at an alternative address using My Post 24 or Pick Post options with Swiss Post, this is possible.
