This is an outstanding Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc of very small production quantities. It’s highly expressive, revealing white-flower aromas delicately balanced with stone fruit and a subtle hint of salinity. Full bodied with a long finish. It’s aged for 12 months on fine lees in demi-muids (double sized) barrels. Serve lightly chilled. Pairs well with chicken, seafood, quiche and cheese.
