A beautiful ruby shade with intense aromas of cherry, black fruit and spices. Crafted with grapes harvested from 60-year-old vines. The soil is made of rounded-pebbles on the south and sand on the northern part. The different grape varieties are destemmed and mixed during the winemaking process with fermentation in truncated-cone wood tanks. Maceration lasts 4 to 5 weeks and aging is completed in stainless-steel tanks over 18 months. Drink now or you can age for up to 5 years. Serve at room temperature. Pairs well with all kinds of meats and roasted vegetables
