A higher altitude experience from Dominio do Bibei, the dazzling star of the steeply terraced vineyards in Ribera Sacra. This is an elegant red wine of great complexity and finesse revealing flavours of red fruits, pepper and violet with balanced tannins.
The grapes were hand picked from different plots with different soil types, ranging from 25 - 100 year old vines. Spontaneous fermentation in oak followed by 15 months oak aging and minimum 5 months bottle aging.
Food Pairing: Pairs well with all kinds meat, cured meats and cheese.
Serve: Decant 30 minutes before serving. Serve at room temperature
