A higher altitude experience from Dominio do Bibei, the dazzling star of the steeply terraced vines in Ribera Sacra. This is splendid, full-bodied white wine combines a silky texture with great acidity. It unveils a bouquet of stone fruit delicately woven with floral nuances and subtle herbal undertones.
The grapes were hand picked from 3 different plots of clay soil, then whole bunch fermented with indigenous yeasts followed by aging on lees. Aging took place across various types and sizes of oak barrels and steel tanks split into two stages.
