The organically farmed vineyard for Langhe Bianco VII Bio is located in Castiglione Falletto on clay soil. The grapes were pressed and temperature controlled before, during and after fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks for 3-4 months before bottling.
