An enjoyable traditional method sparkling wine crafted from Chenin Blanc grapes.This wine offers a complexity that unfolds with notes of delicate white flowers and ripe pear. Its full-bodied richness culminates in a lingering finish. The grapes were sourced from 40 year old vineyards with the famous tuffeau soil (chalky limestone), which has a reputation of producing the best Chenin Blanc. After 2 fermentations, the wine was bottle aged for 2 years before release. Enjoy now or can be aged for 5 years. Serve well chilled
