An indulgent, sweet sparkling wine crafted from Chenin Blanc grapes.This wine is complex with fresh fruit aromas the more complex, rounded and ripened fruit flavours on the palate. The grapes were sourced from vineyards with the famous tuffeau soil (chalky limestone), which has a reputation of producing the best Chenin Blanc. Made using the traditional sparkling method. Drink as an aperitif, with chocolate or with a dessert. Enjoy now or can be aged for 5 years. Serve well chilled
