A delicious dessert wine. Golden yellow, offering fresh pear and peach on the nose and candied fruit on the palate. It’s a treat for the tastebuds. The grapes were sourced from vineyards with the famous tuffeau soil (chalky limestone), which has a reputation of producing the best Chenin Blanc. Fermentation was low and slow, with indigenous yeasts. An amount of fine lees stirring took place before bottling. This wine is quite versatile. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with a gourmet dessert or with blue cheeses. It can be enjoyed now or aged for up to 30 years. Serve well chilled
