Moscato D’asti is an aromatic, sweet sparkling wine. It’s a treat for many occasions and is low in alcohol too. This wine has an aromatic bouquet bursting with peaches and pear, complemented by delicate notes of nutmeg, vanilla and musk. On the palate, it comes to life with a very gentle effervescence.
The vineyard for Moscato D’asti is located in San Marzano Oliveto on clay-limestone soil. The grapes were hand harvested, softly pressed and cooled to 0 degrees. After filtering and some resting time, the juice was slowly fermented until it reached 5-5.5% alcohol, then bottled.
