Moscato D’asti is an exceptional, aromatic, slightly sweet sparkling wine that is more versatile than meets the eye. It’s a treat for many occasions and is low in alcohol too! This wine is a golden straw shade, revealing an aromatic bouquet bursting with peaches and pear, complemented by delicate notes of nutmeg, vanilla and musk. On the palate, it comes to life with a very gentle effervescence that dances on your taste buds and lingers with vibrant acidity.
The vineyard for Moscato D’asti is located in San Marzano Oliveto on clay-limestone soil. The grapes were hand harvested, softly pressed and cooled to 0 degrees. After filtering and some resting time, the juice was slowly fermented until it reached 5-5.5% alcohol, then bottled.
