Vinícola Real stands as a distinguished winery in the Rioja region, with a rich history rooted in the lands once inhabited by 200 monks in the 10th century. Ondipuerko is Vinícola Real’s natural leaning, low intervention wine range. This range has no added sulphites.
Ondipuerko Blanco presents a yellow, golden shade and is a unique blend of native and international grapes (Tempranillo Blanco, Maturana Blanca, Viura and Chardonnay). It unveils a bouquet of citrus and toast, evolving to melon, peach and a touch of saltiness on the palate.
The grapes were hand harvested from organically farmed vineyards. Fermentation took place in closed stainless steel tanks and barrels to preserve the juice and prevent oxidation. This wine is made without any fining or filtering. Some sediment may be present.
